Phải nói là okla,dịch vụ tốt, mọi thứ cũng rất là okla luôn hihi , mọi người ở đây rất thân thiện và vui tính, đặc biệt anh lễ tân rất dễ thương và hộ trợ rất nhiều khi bạn cần điều gì :)

vị trí tốt, cách bãi tắm không xa, và trung tâm rất gần, thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển, dịch vụ nói chúng rất tuyệt vời

Dịch vụ quá hoàn hảo xo với mức giá mình bỏ ra, phòng ốc thì quá đẹp và thoáng mát , tiện nghi phải nói là chuẩn và đầy đủ, vệ sinh khép kín sách sẽ, nhận viên thì quá sức tuyệt vời, cách bãi tắm có 100m rất thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, hẹn gặp lại khách sạn vào mùa hè năm sau!

Comfortable beds, nice room layout. Breakfast was simple but nice. Made to order. Reception person looks bit grumpy but he genuinely cared about us.

Tea cups were not provided, it would be nice to have them as the room had a kettle. One battery was missing from a tv remote but it’s not the end of world. We booked 2 rooms next to each other and we used one remote for both rooms.

Wonderful stay at this place, our room got upgraded by the staff for the Lake view, and the view is such amazing! everything nearby is great within walking distance. Breakfast is also quite delicious and simple. We got assistance with booking for the cruise and transport back to Ha Noi.

The hotel was amazing during our stay on Cat Ba Island. The staff were wonderful; whenever we asked for something, they responded perfectly! They provided everything we needed, and we certainly took advantage of their great service. We booked our night cruise through them, and the experience was absolutely stunning. They also assisted us in booking our transport back to Hanoi with ease. Thank you for all your help!

The hotel is situated by the lake, with numerous restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the center! The staff is extremely friendly and polite, and if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask; I'm sure they will assist you nicely. Breakfast was also delicious! Youan book anything at the hotel for a reasonable too
