Tam Coc Cat Luong Homestay

Tam COc is a lovely location.

We felt like an inconvenience. Many items on menu not available. We had to ask for blankets. The windows were filthy. They hired us 2 scooters, on empty, lights didn’t go. Old lady was annoyed we didn’t do our laundry through her. They don’t accept credit card even though we secured the booking with our card. Property is run down.

It was a lovely room, was a perfect size for two people and great value for money. We were only a 5 minute moped ride into the centre of tam coc. The owners were also very helpful with organising rentals for a group of 6.

The room was not completely clean. The water also came out slightly brown from the sink and had an eggy smell to it. On top of this, the pool did not seem like it had been very well maintained. Another thing to note is that it is right in front of a huge power plant, which is not shown in the photos unfortunately.

I've been travelling around Asia for 7 months and these was the most comfortable bed I've slept in. The place is quiet, pretty and perfect to rest and disconect. They don't have many options for food but invited us for dinner and drinks with the family a couple of times. Super sweet!

They are very nice, they welcomed us with some fruit and juice. We rented a bike for 2 days and then we wanted to rent for 1/2 day more and they didn’t have any problem. The room was very clean and also is a very quiet place. The last they when the bus pick us up they give us some waters for free for the trip.

There is a factory next to the hotel but for me it doesn’t make a huge difference

Enjoyable stay

It's quite place, good support from the owners. The price for room it's alright.

It's far from the town and nearby no good place to eat. The lock of the door it's bad, better put our own and the sliding door a bit hard to push.
