Was clean and quiet place

The fabric behind changes all the natural mood we were expecting, we didn`t have the best experience with them, we felt they were not so friendly as we expected, also the room is super small so even theres no space for the bags on the floor, not the best

Rural and mistly beautiful surroundings.

Located next to a massive cement factory, limestone mine, so sometimes noisy with large trucks. Some of the bungalows have view blocked by this factory. Generally the whole site was littered with building materials so felt like a construction site.

The location is nice. It’s 30mins walk from the town, but it’s among mountains and water.

Our twin room was looking at a factory. We had a window but it was blinded, probably for this reason. I guess if you stay in a bungalow around the fishing pond the experience will be different. It could be cleaner.

The place is very beautiful! It’s away from all the noise of the village, with very modern and clean rooms. They offer motorbike and bicycle rentals, as well as several breakfast options. It’s only a 15-minute walk to Tam Coc village (not 30 minutes as Google Maps says). The staff is friendly and always willing to help (however, they don’t speak English, except for one of the girls, so communication was a bit challenging. but They helped us with everything we needed, and we felt very comfortable at all times).

Very chill and comfy spot in Tam Coc! The scenery is absolutely gorgeous in this area, much better than if you stay in the center of Tam Coc, and it is so relaxing at this homestay. The family is very nice and incredibly helpful! We rented a scooter, booked our bus out of the city and did our laundry through them at great rates and the services were delivered perfectly. We were very lucky to have them =) Breakfast is nice and the room is clean and very private. Really recommend this spot!

Hot water supply is limited

Everything was amazing we stayed for 3 nights. They cooked us a fresh delicious breakfast every morning with coffee. The beds were clean and comfortable. They helped us rent a bike and book our bus. They brought us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right one. The location is beautiful and close enough to walk to the town, but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle for peace and quiet. It’s a family owned business and they really made us feel at home. Couldn’t recommend more

Nothing everything was amazing. Will definitely stay here again if back in Ninh Binh.

Peaceful and quiet location a little bit further from the city but still close enough that it won't take you long with a bicycle or motorbike. The staff were friendly and had good options for breakfast.
