I come from Ho Chi Minh City. I booked a room and it was confirmed by the motel, but when I arrived at 6:00 p.m., the motel abandoned me with the excuse that the room we booked had broken electricity and water and told me to find another place. I am really disappointed with this property

I'd like the communication,owner speaks a clear English and especially he helped me to achieve the idp in order to do the loop without any police trouble. I've appreciated it and he was really friendly. I can just recommend this family and the house too

Nothing wrong

Good location for the buses that go back to Hanoi (not in Ha Giang city). Bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful when we had issues. Bathroom was a good size and the shower was good! Overall good value for money for 1 night :)

First room we went into we had to move from because someone had used the shower/toilet & left dirt; this is because they leave all their room doors wide open once they have been cleaned, so the backpackers in the shared dorms can just wander in and use the showers and clean towels which is ridiculous, they should just lock the doors to the rooms. We moved to another room which was fine but we then had to ask for clean bedding because the duvet was kept in the wardrobe and when we took it out, the bedding covers were very dirty and you could tell they hadn’t been washed, but the staff were so apologetic and came and sorted it with clean sheets straight away, but I don’t think they change the duvet every time they just put it back in the wardrobe, maybe just the actual bed sheets on the bed get changed. No air con remote in the second room we were in, so we had to go into another room and take one- again you can just wander into anyone’s room and take anything cause they are all unlocked until someone checks into it. Loads of things missing from each room

The staff is very friendly and kind.

We booked a room with a window but unfortunately the window was to the hallway. So at night, people opened our curtains from the hallway and looked into our bedroom. We felt a bit weird in that room afterwards. If you have a different room, this is surely a nice place to stay, if you get this room it’s not nice.

Good shower, friendly host and nice ha Giang Tour for good price

The staff were amazing in organising the Ha Giang Loop. The rooms were comfortable and they had no problem with us checking in at 3am after night bus. Great breakfast.

the room was good and clean. bathroom also clean. me and my boyfriend did the ha giang loop by ourselves, renting the scooter through the hostel and they were always very available and helped us with the directions/stops throughout the loop! we were even able to avoid the police by paying 300k. recommend staying here. book with breakfast bc its cheaper than adding it there and its good.

if you dont have a scotter its far from the center
