Very kind people and great hospitality. They also provide the Ha Giang Loop tour of you want to go with a smaller group with a more personal touch.

Very close to the bus station, really helpful staff, clean room, nice shower.

No window in the room, but hey, it was to sleep a night.

It's a great place to stay before and after doing the Ha Giang loop. It was easy to rent a motorcycle from them, the bike was in good condition, they gave us advice about the best route and things to see along the way. It's easy to communicate through WhatsApp. We had a midnight check in and they kindly waited for us. The breakfast is good, an egg sandwich, coffee, two pancakes and fresh orange juice.

Nothing bad really, the only thing is that if you come to Ha Giang to visit the city then you would be a little far from the center. But we only came here for the loop, so it was great!

The room I was in is not sound proof so not a lot of intimacy if it matters to you. Not the best location if you want to visit Ha Giang city.

Great hosts, very comfortable beds, good location and price.

It was a little cold in the room but we were given a warm blanket so sleeping was no problem.

It was truly the best hotel we've stayed in Vietnam. We booked the double bedroom but as we needed a desk so we could work, they upgraded the room without charging a single dong. They even lent us 2 bicycles(for cycling not motorbikes) which we returned with a broken pedal and a flat tyre but they wouldn't accept a cent so they could fix them. Everyone is helpful, hospitable and kind. We recommend it 100%

This place has is the perfect base, before you set off to do the Ha giang Loop. The Rooms are nice and clean and at a very reasonable price!! Ninh and Rosy is sooooo lovely people, who will do what ever they can to make you stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. The young girl who also works there is so sweet and makes an incredible breakfast. THANK YOU, so much for all your assistance

This was the second time we stayed at this property. The staff were incredibly responsive to our needs and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On our last stay, I mentioned a couple of minor issues and everything was taken care of upon our return.
