ENSO Retreat Hoi An - Rediscovery & Serenity

The whole place feels like a quiet, small exotic resort in the middle of nowhere, despite being only 15m from the old town, the staff were amazing and the breakfasts were an incredible buffet!

We had nothing negative to say about it.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, mit sehr vielen Pflanzen und schönen Aussichten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl und das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden an unserem Abreisetag kostenfrei zur Busstation gebracht. Es gab zudem einen kostenfreien Shuttelservice nach Hoi An und zurück, der fuhr alle 3h

Es war tagsüber sehr laut aufgrund der umliegenden Coconut Boat Touren, sodass ab morgens sehr laute Musik zu hören war Die Anbindung nach Hoi An war eher schlecht zum Teil hat man keinen Grab bekommen und es wäre über 1h Fußweg

The place itself is perfect, but what truly makes it special is the amazing team working there. Everyone -from the reception staff to the restaurant team, and even the driver of the shuttle bus to the town center- is incredibly kind and welcoming. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and I asked if they could arrange a small cake or something similar. Not only did they do that, but they also decorated the room, which was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise. Their kindness and attention to detail are outstanding. It really made our stay unforgettable.

Klimat domków i całego ośrodka oraz bardzo miła obsługa

Rowery i kaski dla dzieci są w opłakanym stanie. Nadają się na złom. Z dachu naszego domku kapał deszcz. Na szczęście w łazience więc to nie był duży problem ale pomimo zgłoszenia nikt z obsługi nie zareagował. Ponadto za łóżkiem było czuć wilgoć. Nie był to dramat ale jednak powinni coś z tym zrobić.

Everything about this place is beautiful and calming. I had to book this as an emergency in the middle of the night and the staff were very accommodating and helpful when I was feeling very stressed. Thanks to the lovely staff that helped me throughout my stay.
