ENSO Retreat Hoi An - Rediscovery & Serenity

Personál skvělý, všichni byli velmi milí a ochotní, při příjezdu jsme dostali spoustu tipů na dobré restaurace v okolí i kam zajet na výlet. Pomohli s půjčením skútru, k dispozici jsou i kola. Přestože je ubytování mimo centrum ve velmi klidné oblasti, je možné využít shuttle do centra a k pláži (která nás ale na koupání nenadchla). Díky skútru jsme se ale dostali všude, kam jsme chtěli, takže klidné prostředí na večer jsme ocenili. V ubytování je dostupná restaurace, skvělé jídlo, široký výběr, ideální na oběd i večeři. Snídaně formou bufetu, skvělý výběr, výtečné jídlo. Bazény naprosto bezchybné, pro koupání víc než dostačující. Donáška jídla přes telefon i k bazénu či na pokoj. Celý areál velmi pečlivě udržovaný, čistý, uklizený, krásný.

What can I say by except this is the most gorgeous place imaginable. It's soooo relaxing here. The pools are the cleanest nicest outdoor pools we have seen. But what makes the place is the staff. They are the kindest sweetest people. I would like to give a mention to Ni who is a force to be reckoned with. Never have I been so impressed by someone. She is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! An amazing woman!!!! The hotel is lucky to have her. Also Khuyen is so sweet and kind and couldn't have done more for us. Thank you for such a lovely stay!! Such a beautiful hotel and even nicer staff!!!! Great selection for breakfast! Free bikes if you wish to ride anywhere and also a free bus to beach and town! Again thank you for a lovely stay. Well recommended!

Sehr liebes Personal und schöne Anlage, wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Im Gym gab es nur leichte Gewichte bis 15 kg aber sonst ganz nett. Leider waren die Zimmer in den Hütten sehr hellhörig, weshalb wir schlecht geschlafen haben

The property was beautiful and the staff were suer friendly and helpful in providing all the information we needed. The breakfast and services were also good.

A bit far away from anything although that contributes to a more peaceful and quiet location. They still offer bikes and transfers and certain hours

Die Anlage ist traumhaft schön, und ist ideal für Ruhe suchende, die am Abend aber auch gern in der Stadt etwas erleben oder bummeln möchten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und kümmern sich um jegliche Belange wie z. B. Tourenbuchungen etc.

Le manque de relax à la piscine Comme partout en Asie, on entend tout de la chambre voisine Le déjeuner, très bon mais aucune variante (Tout les jours pareil ). A savoir aussi que apparemment, c'est un hôtel familial, d'où beaucoup d'enfants, d'où du bruit en journée
