ENSO Retreat Hoi An - Rediscovery & Serenity

The front desk staff were excellent — very attentive, professional, and fluent in English. The tour they arranged for us (water buffalo, coconut village, cycling, cooking, and lunch) was exceptional, and we had a wonderful time. We also really appreciated the easy access to the pool.

While this wasn’t a deal breaker, the suite layout — particularly the connecting space between the two bedrooms — could have been better utilized. The area felt like dead space, with only an uncomfortable bench and a water purifier, and didn’t offer a comfortable place for the whole family to gather inside the lodge.

The location, the free bikes, breakfast, swimming pool and the rooms were all fab and a bit different to a standard hotel. It also had a community feel with different conversations around the pool.

Not a big problem by any means but we have teenage children and were staying right next to the pool all the children preferred, so there were small children in the pool from 7am which woke ours up. If I stayed again I would ask for rooms away from the pool.

Weit außerhalb, die Lage ist nicht optimal, außerdem sind die Nachbarn nicht so wie angegeben, komische Gegend

Lage, - die Anlage benötigt ein refresh auch wenn alles sehr gut gepflegt ist. Möbel wirken stark abgewohnt.

ריזורט יפייפה, שקט, ענק אך אינטימי, מעוצב ונקי. בריכות נהדרות ליד החדרים הגדולים והנוחים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה, עשירה ומגוונת. שירות נהדר מכל הצוות. שאטל לעיר ובחזרה. מסאז׳ מעולה מבחורה בשם Nhan עם ידיי זהב!

Hotel was quiet and tranquil after the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. Room we had (grand delux) was spotless with a drinking water dispenser in the room. Shower had hot water all day every day ,air con worked really well and hotel gives you 2 room keys so air con can be kept on during the day a godsend after very hot days out ! Pools ere exceptionaly clean with a phone at each pool to the restaurant to order drinks or food such a great idea. The restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of food offered throughout the day. WiFi was great all through the complex. Staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them Handy free minibus to Hoi An & An Bang beach runs 3-4 times a day Thoroughly recommend this hotel

Personnel au petits soins, jardins superbement entretenue, excellent petit dejeuner, 3 belles piscine, au calme , ideal pour du repos

Tarif de restauration un peu elevé pour le Vietnam, par grand chose pour se restaurer autour et manque de transat aux piscines.
