Almost none of them speak good English So you’re always with a translator If you charge such high price at a luxury place like that hosting ppl from around the world you should have English speaking stuff. I asked for Coce zero they said don’t have I asked for macchiato they served capuchino saying they don’t know how to make other things Food was NOT great. Wine menu is really poor The ship is pretty, but very old and there is heavy feeling to it It’s not a bad experience, but it is NOT a real 5 star luxury experience.

La croisière était incroyable. Andre, notre guide, ainsi que l’équipage à bord de Venus Cruise, étaient très amicaux et accueillants. Lucas, avec qui nous avons effectué la réservation, a répondu à toutes nos demandes et a fait un effort supplémentaire en prenant régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour s’assurer que nous étions satisfaits tout au long du séjour. Les activités à bord étaient vraiment agréables : nous avons pu faire du kayak et nager dans la baie.

Je n’ai jamais vu quelque chose de similaire auparavant et j’aimerais y retourner. Le personnel était excellent. Les chambres étaient très propres.

We went on this cruise and it was tremendous. Really tremendous. Transport from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was smooth, professional, and perfectly organised. Everything met our expectations, and honestly, even exceeded them. The staff were fantastic, very friendly, very attentive, always available. They truly care. The food was excellent, especially impressive since one of us doesn’t eat seafood or pork. No problem at all, they handled it beautifully.

Cobram qualquer tipo de bebida , mesmo não alcoólica, como água, chá, café,…acho que ao menos estes itens deveriam estar incluídos . Podia ter alimentos mais variados

I like the staff and location

To call it 5 star cruise is not right, the food was average, there was no coffee together with breakfast unless you woke up 6.30 to get it, the jacuzzi in the bathtub did not work,not only in my room but seberal others,there was no cleaning of room

They should have faster moving from pier to boat - Otherwise was great

TOUT , le prix est exorbitant par rapport à la qualité du service et de la nourriture , nous avons dû écourter notre séjour , impossible de se faire rembourser comme il se doit la deuxième nuits alors que nous n’étions pas les seuls mais la NOURRITURE était DEGEULASSE, plusieurs personnes non rien mangés ! Même pas capable de servir de l’eau gratuitement sur la table lors d’un repas en libre service alors que nous payons 300€ la nuit !!! Les happy hours de servent à rien car la 2eme bières n’est pas offertes c’est juste qu’on paye les articles au bon prix en happy hours et en temps normal le double . Concernant les excursions à bord c’est vraiment très limite , puis il y a beaucoup trop de bateau sur l’eau pour apprécier la vue ou autre , je recommande seulement de faire l’excursion 1 nuit mais certainement pas chez eux ! Le personnel n’est pas serviable , ils ne s’occupe pas forcément bien de vous quand il y a un soucis , le soir même pendant la pêche au calamars avec un bout de « bambou » un manager est venu me parler de nos problèmes rencontrés complètement bourré il pué l’alcool et mettait ça main devant la bouche je comprenais rien à ce qu’il disait alors que nous étions furieux de passer un tel moment nul pour ce genre de prix là !!! Je vous parle même pas de la qualité de la nourriture c’était immonde, Oui d’accord je suis français on aiment la bonne bouffe mais on a adoré manger au Vietnam dans des petits fast-food au milieu de nul part et on adore la cuisine Vietnamienne mais là je vous jure que pour 2 nuits 600€ vous allez chez flunch c’est 10000 fois meilleurs et puis vous pouvez manger car là nous étions plusieurs table à partir avant la fin du repas ! À fuir mais vraiment faite moi confiance ! Puis le service après vente est MINABLE !

Nice boat with comfy bed and friendly staff - they did extra effort to make the stay most comfortable

Food was good with many options for vegetarian. Size of rooms.

Late boarding. 1h boat trip to emigration office only to handle some papers. Nothing to do with us tourists. In room. 105, sewage was overflowing from the toilet. The room smelled so bad that it was impossible to enter or breathe in it. After reporting the problem, the staff said they would try to fix the issue. Of course, they failed, and we were informed that there were no other rooms available and that we had to stay in that room. After categorically refusing and gathering our belongings, we were stuck in the corridor for over two hours. Finally, we were transported by boat to another ship. This cost us several hours and we missed two attractions.
