Venus Cruises Halong Bay by Venus Group

This was a great experience and we are so happy we booked this experience. Food was great. I have to eat gluten free and they did exceptionally well at providing it. I ate very well. Would recommend

Communication was difficult with some members of the staff due to lack of English

All activities were well organised and fun to do: kayaking, swimming, cooking class, cycling,....The room on the boat was nice and clean

Les chambres étaient assez grandes, et le pont supérieur pour profiter de la vue était vraiment très agréable.

Our suite was clean and well appointed, with plenty of ceiling to floor windows. Spacious including a deep bathtub with magnificent views.

Our room was fabulous and the massage was incredible. Views also incredible.

Food in many instances was poor for a 5 star luxury. Vegetables were cold and vey undercooked. Also lamb chops were extremely red. Internet non existent for guests but staff appeared to get access. Cold showers at times.
