Venus Cruises Halong Bay by Venus Group

C’était très bien, la chambre était parfaite, avec le balcon vue sur l’étendu immense de la baie d’Halong. Le personnel est au petit soin, c’est très agréable.

Le premier repas type buffet manquait un peu de saveur.

Very nice and spacious suites.

The stopping at caves was not there in the plan. Also the sofa pillows that were glued had come off and it needs repairs. Lift is not reaching the dining area 4th floor. If any elderly person cannot climb stairs he cannot reach 4th Floor by lift. Otherwise all good. Very relaxing trip. Not much activities on board.

Un crucero muy muy bueno, el personal hace la estancia mil veces mejor con su atención. Se adapta a cualquier necesidad, si quieres relax lo tienes, si quieres más movimiento hacen muchas actividades incluidas en el precio

Que la bebida se pagase a parte, es caro para ser Vietnam y un crucero en el cual ya has pagado mucho por la estancia, muchos se trajeron su bebida de fuera aunque supuestamente no se podía y tampoco les llamaron la atención. Hay mucha basura en la bahía y dicen que lo cuidan pero nosotros vimos como la gente deja basura donde sea y se vuela, nadie dice nada y al final va a ser eso un vertedero flotante, mucha pena da verlo así

La habitación. Era lo mejor del crucero.

El paseo al que te llevan al día siguiente es decepcionante. No vale la pena, es aburrido, no hay nada para hacer, no te llevan a las cuevas ni a ver las famosas perlas. La comida dejaba bastante que desear no había variedad, y ejn la merienda no había nada para comer solo garrapiñada y unas galletas. La verdad que para el costo, decepcionante el servicio. Solo la habitación.

I booked this boat after communicating in advance with the coordinator about the cave visit, which was one of the main reasons I chose this cruise. Unlike other cruises that clearly advertise the cave stop, this company gave unclear and inconsistent explanations. I was told the cave visit would happen if the water level allowed it. Other guests were given completely different stories, including that the cave was closed, or that the company simply does not go there as a matter of policy. It became obvious that different passengers were being told different things. The check-in process was also uncomfortable. They required passengers to let them take a photo of their passport using a personal phone, which did not feel professional or secure. The transfer to the main boat was done on a small and rather questionable-looking transfer boat, and the ride took about 45 minutes. That was not what I expected from a cruise marketed at a higher price level. Lunch was just okay. During the day, they kept asking guests to choose a dinner menu, only for us to later find out it was basically one fixed meal. The so-called afternoon activity was kayaking behind the boat in a very dirty area of the water, which was disappointing and not enjoyable. The overall atmosphere on the boat was also not pleasant. The swimming pool was small and dirty, and there seemed to be no rules or supervision. A group of passengers entered the pool fully dressed, including long skirts and scarves, which made the experience feel even less hygienic and poorly managed. Internet access did not work at all. Their network was not even visible most of the time. We could detect signals from other boats, but of course we had no access to those. Dinner was acceptable, but the entertainment was extremely boring. Also, drinks were not included, not even basic items such as water, coffee, or tea, which felt unreasonable given the price. The views were amazing. The top deck was huge. The rooms were good sized with beautiful views.
