Views are gorgeous boat was a bit old, but pretty

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the pillow divine. We had a poor experience however the Manager (Eric) was fabulous. He was very apologetic and arranged for us to be relocated to a sister ship with a room upgrade. Thank you Eric for sorting this out. Venus/Diana more than made up for our poor experience.

The kettle in one of the rooms did not work. Our bathroom door did not shut. We managed to fix this by moving the vanity unit. The shower dripped constantly. The fridge in the room barely worked. The air con in the rooms was not effective however a fan was provided which did help. Lunch was a buffet with a good/varied selection however the food was bland. One of our group does not eat seafood (which the cruise company were advised of more than once). Dinner was a set menu with every course being seafood. Firstly we were given soup. My friend was given the same soup but without the seafood in it. No protein replacement. The next course was a salmon salad. Mine had two 5mm square pieces of salmon only. My friend was served just lettuce and tomato. No protein replacement. The next course was fish which had nice flavour but was cold. My friend was given some chicken which was stone cold, tough and without flavour. Next we were served spring rolls which were completely cold. They had been sitting out since we arrived. They were replaced with hot ones when we complained. Unfortunately 3/4 of the guests on this cruise were a group celebrating an occasion. This group were heavily intoxicated and were so loud throughout dinner that we literally could not hold a conversation. At this point we abandoned the dinner to retire to our rooms, missing the last two courses of the meal. We very unhappy with our experience. It should be noted that the unfortunate matter of the other guests was not the fault of the cruise staff. They did attempt to quieter them but without success. The group were not rude or aggressive, just extremely loud and boisterous. As mentioned, were were relocated to another boat and our experience thereafter was 10/10.

The atmosphere on board was calm and enjoyable, making it easy to relax and fully appreciate the journey

The team is funny, available, always smiling and the care care of their customers. Lam was dedicated to us and she was so lovely.

הכל היה מעולה כולל אוכל, נוחות, חדר מושלם, צוות דואג כל הזמן ואטרקציות שאפילו היו כלולים במחיר (דבר שלא ציפינו לו). גם אם היו בקשות מוזרות מצד של בעלי (מרק עוף בבוקר ) חחחחח ... - קיבלנו. מאוד ממליצה על הקרוז בVENUS!

Lo staff, soprattutto Eric, è stato fantastico, sempre disponibile e molto attento a prendersi cura di noi.

Todo el viaje estuvo muy bien organizado de principio a fin, incluyendo el transporte, el check-in y las actividades. El crucero fue cómodo, con una cabina agradable y un balcón perfecto para disfrutar de las vistas.
