Ok, it is about 20 minutes out of town. We were ok with this, but it is a stroll. My partner, when I had a massage went for a reflexology experience which she did not rate.

先ず親切なスタッフのサービスが素晴らしい。 笑顔で丁寧な説明と案内！最高でした。夜20時過ぎの到着で近くの地元ベトナム料理のレストランの紹介も本当に良かった。客室も広く清潔で、バルコニーもついていて必要にして十分。朝食も料理の種類が豊富で美味しい。旧市街中心部へは徒歩15〜20分程度かかるが、grabや無料のレンタル自転車を使えば、全く問題ない。むしろ少し離れたところの方でが静かで良い、ホテルの周辺に徒歩５〜6分の所にコンビニやローカルレストランもあり、旧市街の中心部とは違う雰囲気を経験出来る。屋上のプールは小さいが眺望が良く中々良い。地階にマッサージがあり利用しましたが、料金も安くて技術もあり素晴らしかった。今回４人のグループで３泊の利用でしたダナン空港からの大型EV、SUV車も片道送迎とアフタヌーンティーのサービスが付いていて非常に良かった。もっと大きなランクの高いホテルもありますが、このホテルのホスピタリティと価格以上の価値には、本当に良かった。

The hotel has a good location. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. The old town is a short distance away.

The sink was clogged. I immediately reported this to the manager. He said it would be fixed right away. It wasn't fixed the next day, and I had to wash my hands and face in the shower. Also, the next day I asked for clean towels. They gave me two. I'm staying alone in a double room, but I'm paying for a double room. Because we provided extra towels, they demanded payment for them at reception. A person should have one body towel and one hair towel. Secondly, I stayed at the hotel for two days. On their website, and even on the billboard at the hotel entrance, it said they offered two free drinks a day to guests staying two nights. The next day, I tried to use my free drink at the pool. After four people checked me and I talked to them for half an hour, my drink finally arrived. You just have to ask the reception staff. This customer is only staying for two days, that's it. Also, they informed me at check-in that I was entitled to two bottles of water a day, then at check-out they said there were extra bottles. I said I only drank two bottles, there's no extra charge. You must have drunk water from the refrigerator. The free water only covers water from outside the hotel. You're expected to drink hot water in 30-degree heat. The staff kept asking how things were going and if I was satisfied, but their pursuit of petty calculations really put me off this hotel.

This is a great place just out from the old town including Hoi An. The room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed which was HUGE! We took advantage of the spa and had a wonderful massage. There’s a motorcycle hire place just down the road (on the opposite side) which was very convenient and a great price, or it’s a simple enough walk into the old town from the hotel as well. The pool on the top deck was a lovely place to sit for a bit and all the staff were very nice. Breakfast was also wonderful with a chef to make omelettes or eggs your way.
