What seems like a nice hotel at first glance is a total land of fake people trying to con you out of money : they tried to charge me for something that was included in my package. Just avoid this place

Absolutely value for money. The most friendly, incredible staff. The best, most thorough and thoughtful service. We could not fault this hotel if we tried - we will be referring this onto each of our family and friends. We will be back.

We loved the property in its entirety. Firstly we got picked up in Da Nang, the transfer car was big, relatively new and spacious for bags and ride. We arrived to the hotel and was met by beautiful Chloe she was so great anything we asked she helped, she gave us great recommendations for food in town. Everytime we came for breakfast she would wave and come and say hi to us. She really made us feel like her family and she was part of ours we loved this as you wouldn’t get this at a big chain resort. She loved her job and you could tell she was like this with every guest she was just so helpful and you could tell she loved her job. The room was perfect sized big enough to fit our stuff in and walk around without tripping. The room was serviced daily with fresh towels and fresh water. There were push bikes to use. We were freshly engaged and had a lovely set up in our room when we arrived. A beautiful touch in presentation. The in house spa INCREDIBLE and very reasonably priced. Keep an eye out for deals they have. We got an hour essential treatment and had a down one of the best massages. In town you get scalpers taking you to dodgy ones and they don’t tell you the prices but the in house spa here was perfect. A really lovely vibe and also the staff down there were lovely. Also the food in the restaurant was so bloooody gooooood!!! I think of the 5 nights we are there. Different thing but soooo tasty. If you’ve had enough of town come to the hotel and eat here. The pool on the top floor was a nice place to enjoy the pool, read on the beds, and enjoy the sun. All of the staff are incredibly nice and we had no issues whatsoever so ever. The buffet breakfast was also good with an array of food options. We are very stoked we stayed here and would recommend this place highly. When we come back we’ll stay here that’s how much we loved it.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Spa, gute Zimmer wir hatten ein Familienzimmer das ausreichend Platz bot. Frühstück war ein umfangreiches Angebot für jeden Geschmack was dabei.

Strong air con, friendly friendly, comfortable beds

Gym was tiny and never had towels

Staff were wonderful. SPA was a real treat. Location was perfect. Take a complementary bike for a short ride to Old Town and the rice paddy's. Pool area was great.

The staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel is lovely, the pool and restaurant are great settings. I can't say enough about the hotel staff.
