房間很大，早餐雖然是單點的，但一人可以點兩份 且搭配芒花單軌列車的景色很美； 可以寄放行李

馬桶沖水很弱、冷熱水不穩定； 301門不密合，被外面事物震動就會發出聲音、讓人不放心。

Our room were clean when we arrived and very comfortable to stay at.

Hotel ligt op een goede lokatie Je bent in een paar minuten op het centrale plein en de winkelstraatjes en restaurantjes Kamer ruim met geweldig uitzicht ( als het niet mist) We hadden een kamer met klein smal balkonnetje Sommige mindere kamers kijken op het in aanbouw zijnde gebouw ernaast dus hebben geen uitzicht Het ontbijt is in het restaurant onder het hotel Je kan binnen en buiten eten

Niets maar de luxaflex laten veel licht door dus elke ochtend erg vroeg wakker We lieten de was doen maar enkele stuks waren niet gewassen Nog vlekje en het rook nog naar m’n deo

All you need in a minimal space with great views

An exceptional stay just a short stroll from town—peaceful yet convenient. The room was impressively spacious, staff were attentive with thoughtful touches, and the breakfast selection was delightful. The passing train view added a unique charm. Highly recommended.

The restaurant food was delicious! The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel is close to the town centre (a few minutes walk).

The restaurant needs more staff in the morning because during peak the two ladies try their utmost best but seem to be struggling a bit with the busy morning breakfast rush. The hotel reception area is beautiful, with the front desk staff being really helpful and kind. However that’s where the good ends for the hotel. The “boutique” is only in the reception area, not much attention to detail in the room was applied. We had a main switch that was semi exposed (photo attached), the kettle is positioned where there is no plug, so you have to find a spot with a plug point that works (not all of them insert plugs with ease). There is black mould on the walls of the room. We had cockroaches, massive ones. There are spider webs in almost every corner and on top of the air conditioner, which tells me they don’t deep clean their rooms. The shower glass and tiles need a good wash as some parts of the grout are black and the glass just gets a wipe down and doesn’t look clean. Which doesn’t surprise me because when you ask for the room to be serviced all they do is make the bed (don’t change sheets), give you a roll of toilet paper (which you only get one at a time, when we checked in there was only half and no spare), and give you fresh towels which don’t look clean. They don’t sweep or vacuum the rooms, the dirt that we found when we checked in was still there on day three, which also tells me there isn’t a supervisor who makes sure rooms are clean (especially at check-in!). The toilet paper issue, we had to ask for toilet paper (read embarrassing) because they give you one, no spare. Oh, if you use the glasses or cups they don’t clean them or give you new ones when the room is cleaned; I actually stopped asking for clean ones because I was told they don’t have spare and when I asked for the ones we have to be washed they miraculously had spare ones. The next day, same story - dirty mugs and cups were left after the beds were made.

Staff are accommodating and are very helpful. They clean our room everyday which we really appreciate. Loved our overlooking room even though weather was really unpredictable. Will definitely book here again if we visit Sapa soon.
