PHOur whole experience at Sapa Yen Hotel was truly amazing. The staff were very accommodating, nice, and friendly. They always cleaned our room and made sure to change and refill the complimentary items. The food was also very delicious, especially the Phở bò, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. We will definitely visit again next time, hopefully together with our children. Thank you for the warm hospitality!
