LAM Apartment & Hotel Danang - Quiet Living in Modern Comfort

We chose to return to LAM Apartment & Hotel for a second stay—and that decision was fully justified. The level of service remains exceptional, with a team that consistently delivers a warm, attentive, and highly professional experience. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring deep, uninterrupted rest, while the overall atmosphere of the hotel offers a rare sense of calm and privacy. The interior design is tasteful and well thought out, creating a refined yet welcoming environment. Breakfasts are truly excellent, with a wide selection available each day and the added convenience of room delivery, which elevates the entire morning experience. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a standout feature—perfect for relaxing with a view—and the on-site gym is well-equipped, allowing you to maintain your routine without compromise. Overall, LAM Apartment & Hotel delivers a consistently high standard, making it a place we were genuinely happy to return to.

What truly stood out was the exceptionally warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were not only professional but genuinely kind, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure every detail of the stay was perfect. Their level of engagement and willingness to help created a sense of care that is rare to find. The breakfasts were outstanding—both in quality and variety—clearly prepared with attention and pride. The hotel itself is very well-equipped, thoughtfully maintained, and designed to provide maximum comfort. Overall, the experience was simply excellent. We felt completely at ease—almost as if we were at home.

Modern apartments in excellent condition with great amenities and rooftop pool. Relaxing cafe downstairs. Quiet neighborhood, works well for a comfortable long-term stay.

Location is about 10 - 15min taxi from city center and beach. But not a problem at all as transportation is affordable and easily available

Balcony to small no furniture

Although it’s away from the beach and city centre this place was perfect for our short stay. Close to the airport yet quiet, with plenty of nearby restaurants. There’s a coffee shop in the foyer and out door area to sit out. The staff were polite and helpful. They organised a motorcycle to be dropped off at the door. The apartment had a washing machine which was a great bonus.

A balcony would have been nice.

The apartment was really good. All those people writing that it’s dirty and stuff — probably just competitors talking shit. It was actually clean when we got there. The place itself was awesome, and the service was on point too! We’ll definitely be staying here again next time.

You've got an absolutely wonderful place here with fantastic prices! But I’d like to make one small suggestion: consider adding lighting on the rooftop around the pool and inside the pool itself, if possible. At night, the views from the pool over your magnificent city are stunning, and I’m sure a lot of guests would love to take a dip after dark. Once you add proper lighting and start posting those nighttime pool photos, you’ll straight-up outshine your competitors with just that one feature! My wife really enjoyed staying with you, but it was a bit of a bummer that the pool wasn’t lit up enough at night. I truly believe you guys put in a ton of effort for your guests, and everything’s going to be even better! We’ll definitely be back — and we won’t be coming alone next time!

Sehr nettes Personal, ein netter junger Mann hat uns bei unserer Ankunft sofort ein wohliges Gefühl gegeben. Auch die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr nett und haben immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Wir hatten ein schön eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer. Der Pool am Dach und das kleine Gym ermöglichen einen wunderbaren Ausblick über die Stadt. Tolles Hotel!

Location is good.. Staff have excellent public relations skills. They go above and beyond to assist their clients. The cafe on ground level is a popular place to meet other guests. Swimming pool on roof level has excellent view points of Da Nang city, and a BBQ area. There is also a gym on site on 7th floor

Nous avons aimé l'accueil le personnel est au petit soin et ils sont très serviables. Vous avez un bar qui vous tend les bras. Les équipements au top une kitchenette un frigo ainsi qu'une machine à laver, et un balcon. La chambre spacieuse. Nous avons passé 15 jours agréables. Vous avez un grand magasin avec surtout des occidentaux évidemment, de la nourriture occidentale et vietnamienne aussi ; il se trouve a environ 15 mn de marche. Malgré qu'il soit excentré il est très facile de se déplacer vers le centre ou les plages en bus peu chères ou un grab plus direct. Nous y retournons dans quelques jours. Sinon vous avez des restaurants vietnamien et des winmart pour vos courses autour de l'hôtel. Vraiment je le conseille les yeux fermés. Un bravo a toute l'équipe, continuer comme ça.
