LAM Apartment & Hotel Danang - Quiet Living in Modern Comfort

Dear "Rezeption- and House-Keeping-Staff" from LAM Apartment & Hotel (called MTR before!): Thank you so much for a LOVELY STAY! Everybody is doing very well, helpfully AT ANYTIME, and with an honest smile in your face! Your house is "ONE OF THE VERY BEST" in Da Nang! (Beds, sheets, towels and everything are very well and smelling, like they should: "Fresh and clean!") "Keep running this place like you do!!!!!!!!" Now I will give some information for your customers: 20 Minutes Walk through a nice park you will find a very cheap Mega-Market for all your needs, even a lot of foods & specialities! (You will be surprised!) If you pass the park straight on you will find an old Veggie-Market! In the neighborhood there are as well small supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, hairdresser, bakerys, everything! If you like to get to the beach you can catch a bus (just check: danangbus.vn) or a motorbike- or a Taxi (for about 100.000 Dong) - 20 Minutes ride! If you stay at LAM it is very easy to get in touch with the real locals and you will realize one part of the real life in VIET NAM - (if you keep a smile yourself, in your face!) Have a nice trip anyway and enjoy the friendly people of Da Nang and especially the hospitality of the Staff from LAM Apartment & Hotel! THANK YOU SO MUCH! P.S.: The POOL is in a very good condition!!!! Get up to the 8th floor - relax with friends or in some separat small corners and enjoy the stunning view over DA NANG - almost 360°!

Clean, had everything you needed - cookware, washing machine, AC. Quiet and convenient location - big supermarket 3 min drive away or 15 min in to central beach area. Staff were incredibly helpful - particularly Mai and Long at the front desk - they went out of their way to make sure I had the best stay. Great gym with weights and rooftop pool with plenty of loungers and chairs. After 4 months travelling this was one of my favourite places so far.

It was in every sense a fully furnished apartment, even with a washing machine and dryer. Staff were friendly and helpful

Location was not too central but Still Ok

Beautiful apartment and such friendly staff. Use of the pool is wonderful. Kitchen also has basic utensils.

- budget friendly - if you are looking for smth mid-range and comfortable - appartment has ample space and kitchen has all the essentials - excellent staff and service! han and long were especially kind - close to airport and we got a free pickup - cafe is good and cheap! - the body wash smells really nice lmao

- bugs in the toilet.. lots of them 😭 they were tiny but they flew 😵 (at least they helped spray some repellent) - we got locked in one of the rooms bc of lock malfunction - just a suggestion - there should be 1-2 more mirrors in the apartment. it's hard to share the single bathroom mirror with a bunch of people. - sheets weren't the cleanest - some spots and lots of dust
