Nhân viên vui vẻ, nhiệt tình, support ngay. Phòng rộng, ánh sáng ok, tiện nghi đầy đủ.

Vị trí hơi xa quán ăn ngon (hơi hẻo lánh). Thiết bị điện xuống cấp nhiều (đêm 1: phòng 502 phòng hư điều hoà phòng ngủ, nóng cả đêm, máy giặt, sấy đồ có như không, ồn ào, phòng hơi ám mùi đồ ăn, cửa sổ mở ra thì thối um - chắc do chậu cây). (ngày 2 mình đi chơi nên dặn nv đổi phòng đem đồ lên phòng cho mình từ 10h30 sáng, 2h hơn về thì đồ vẫn còn nguyên?? và mình tự đem đồ lên, phòng mới 402B đổi nhỏ hơn nhưng sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp, đẹp hơn, không mùi, khá ổn - máy giặt bị trào rỉ nước với bọt xà bông nhiều làm mình phải dùng khá nhiều khăn giấy để thấm và vệ sinh, đồ ko sạch được phải đem ra tiệm giặt lại). Lúc đi tiệm có ngỏ ý mời 2 ly nước để xin lỗi.
