LAM Apartment & Hotel Danang - Quiet Living in Modern Comfort

The apartment was excellent

Man wird hier wirklich wie ein König behandelt. Unser Gepäck wurde direkt für uns getragen, es war jederzeit jemand da, wenn es auch nur die kleinste Frage oder Bitte gab, die Zimmer waren riesig, Early Check-in war problemlos möglich und der tägliche Zimmerservice war top. Der Rooftop-Bereich war sowieso schon ein absolutes Highlight! Was ich aber besonders hervorheben muss: Wir durften unsere Koffer den gesamten Tag nach dem Check-out im Hotel lassen. Da unser Weiterflug erst sehr spät ging, hatten wir noch einige Stunden Zeit. Obwohl wir offiziell keine Gäste mehr waren, fragten wir, ob wir trotzdem nochmal auf den Rooftop-Bereich dürfen  und das Personal brachte uns ohne zu zögern nach oben. Sie erlaubten uns sogar, den Pool weiter zu nutzen, zeigten uns Duschmöglichkeiten zum Frischmachen vor der Abreise und stellten uns das gesamte Areal weiterhin zur Verfügung. So einen Service erlebt man selten. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment unglaublich willkommen.

This Apartment/Hotel is a little gem absolutely 100% fabulous. The staff are all so kind and so helpful nothing is to much trouble. The rooms and facilities are great just what you need we did our own cooking and we had everything we needed. We paid for Brekki and that was great. The roof top pool is lovely and you can watch the planes come in. The beach is about 1 and half hour walk but a grad is cheap enough if you don't like walking. All in all fabulous 👌.

Очень красивый отель, давно мне так нигде не нравилось! Мы снимали студию с балконом и небольшой кухонькой. Всё великолепно от ресепшена до бассейна на крыше (в здании 7 этажей). Общие зоны пользования открыты 24/7 👍🏼

Подушки немного высоковаты для меня

Breakfast options were great and brought to our apartment with a cheerful smile at no cost. Room service was good and reliable. Place kept clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Iced Coconut coffee from Trump Coffee around the corner was AMAZING! can sit down in air conditioned lounge with quiet jazz cafe music playing in the background.

Camera a fost spațioasă și confortabilă, cu o bucătărie mică și o mașină de spălat haine pe balcon. Au o sală de fitness mică și piscină pe terasa hotelului. Angajații sunt foarte politicoși și binevoitori.

Camera nu a fost curățată prea bine, a fost mult praf și fiere de păr rămase, chiar și pe parcursul sejurului, când am cerut curățarea camerei dimineața. Hotelul este aproape de aeroport dar puțin cam departe de zona turistică a orașului.
