LAM Apartment & Hotel Danang - Quiet Living in Modern Comfort

Staff went above and beyond every day. Spacious apartments, cleaned well every day. Very quiet, close to so many amazing coffee places.

The property was one of the best value accommodation I ever stayed. The service exceptional and the people too helpful I wanted to stay more days.

I like everything

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. There is a coffee area, small gym and rooftop pool within the building. The staff assisted us with our early check out and refunded the nights that we didn’t stay.

The property is located far from the main centre and beach. Our room also didn’t have any external windows, was incredibly damp and dark and the walls had mould patches. After using the washing machine, we realised the tumble dryer is one which needs venting (I.e. not a condensing tumble dryer) so using it would have been dangerous/blown all the moisture back into the room if we had used it. The window in the bedroom didn’t have a blind or curtain, and opens out onto an internal area of the block which is shared with the room next door. We had booked several nights but after one night, could not stay and decided to check out.

The room was great with every facility you need including AC, fridge, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine iron and etc. It is one of the best ( if not the best) equipped place I have stayed. The reception was very helpful/nice and helped me to get a sim card. There is a pool and large terrace on top floor. I really enjoyed my stay and had everything I need.

Nothing to dislike.

Hotel jest czysty, schludny, nowoczesny. Pokój miał mnóstwo udogodnień (np. pralka, mikrofala, itp.) Mało rzeczy do robienia w okolicy ale w wystarczy 5 min samochodem żeby być w centrum miasta. Najlepszym punktem całego pobytu była obsługa. Bardzo uprzejmi i niezwykle pomocni. Dali nam bardzo użyteczne rady i polecenia. W pokoju znajduje się telefon którym można się kontaktować z obsługą. Przychodzą i pomagają w przeciągu minut. Dodatkowo na parterze jest mini sklepik hotelowy otwarty 24/7

Staff were extremely nice and courteous! Room was a good size and had its own washing machine which is free of charge! Kitchen was fairly equipped and shower was really powerful

Ants.. our first night I put a can of sprite down as we watched tv and within 5 minutes there was at least 50 ants crawling on the can. I asked the cleaner to spray the area they came from and seemed to do the trick but for the rest of the week any small crumb on the counter they came running!
