Everything! Greg and the receptionists of Frontier were fantastic! Very helpful!!!! If you go to DBP you must go there ! The restaurant near the hotel is also cheap and good, that was 2 fabulous nights.

Greg is amazing! He is very genuine and generous. He will give you good tips and Dien Bien Phu is more than just a stop, it is a very rich place in terms of nature and history, so stay more than one night! You can rent bikes here and they will also help to book future buses. Rooms are comfortable, hot water, and a breakfast place just next door to start the day! The receptionist, Son, is a very helpful young man as well!

Friendly owner, lovely room.

Basic accommodation, but great value for money. Clean. Receptionist helped us to get on the right bus to Hanoi. Online chat via Booking.com to the owner helped support us and find our way back to Dien Bien when we weren't allowed to exit Vietnam at Tay Trang . Nice family run basic eatery next door.

It was all good. Providing something to sit on on the balcony would have made it even better

The rooms were clean and comfortable with good AC and Fan. There was also a mini fridge and kettle so you could keep food and eat there. They were also super helpful with transportation! I arrived at 5am and they were able to collect me from the bus station and they also organised my next transportation bus

Not a fault of the hostel, the bridge was closed so it was quite a long walk into town

The staff in the hostel are amazingly helpful. Son helped us with many things from organsing buses, helping us when we needed to return to Hanoi to get a visa by keeping our bags and arranging laundry for us. Even bringing my girlfriend into town to go to an ATM. He was a gem! The hostel itself is clean and comfortable it has all thats needed and a great price. Would recommend staying here when visiting DBP.

Noisy neighbours, not much English spoken, but neither is their fault.

Was a great place for a one night stop. The room was small, but the bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff were super nice & helpful. Really recommend!
