Indochine Premium Halong Bay

I chose this tour from all the options available, and was so impressed. I chose this date for my partners birthday, & was hoping I’d chosen the right provider. Everything I hoped for was exceeded! The company was in touch to organise transfers if needed, I inquired about a birthday package, and they organised a lovely afternoon tea for us, set a table for two with a nice service, and personal touches. On their own they organised a birthday cake and flowers for my partner, this made for a special day indeed. Transfers were from our hotel, driver was amazing, organisation at the dock was slick. Staff were incredible, Phuc led us on tours, always full of smiles and advice, took great photos, and was always on hand to ensure things were running smoothly. With people like this, guests tend to have a better experience. The captain was personable and warm, a tremendous experience in amazing location!

The whole arrangement is top notch. At first, we were a bit insecure, as there aren’t many booking reviews, but this experience is one of the best we had! Highly highly recommended! The team arranged the pick up from Hanoi (perfectly on time!) and we were greeted with the most attentive staff on the cruise! We were welcomed with a suite upgrade. The whole cruise and room are very luxuriously decorated and we love the interior style very much. The food onboard was a good mix of western and Vietnamese food with wide range of choices. The dinner was also extremely fancy with lobster, mussels and steak. The activities were also perfectly arranged with sufficient time to chill on the cruise in between. Our favorite got to be squid fishing - such a special experience! Big thank you to Nam, Thang and all the crews who make our trip so amazing!

This was an excelent experience. Everything about this trip was amazing. The manager was so lovely, the staff ao professional, the service was really goos. The food was great, clean very nice room and of course the view. The pool was what I needed at the end of the trip.

All meals were delicious and served in a lovely dining room. A few of our party were vegetarian and they were well-accomodated. Food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful.

The jacuzzi wasn't very warm -- but this is a minor issue. The room was very spacious, but there were very few shelves or drawers. Again, this is a minor issue.

We spent our honeymoon in Vietnam. The cruise we originally booked got cancelled on very short notice and we were lucky to get a room On this beautiful boat just a few days before the trip. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The boat was absolutely stunning, the rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the rest of facilities left nothing to be desired. We would highly recommend this cruise for anyone, especially for special occasions!
