Indochine Premium Halong Bay

Great activities / sightseeing across Ha Long Bay. Amazing, such friendly staff that try their best to make you feel comfortable. They were also accommodating to all of our requests. Rooms were very nice and relaxing. Upper deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time there watching the views.

Nothing specific. Food was ok, but our group felt it was good for a cruise setting. Language was sometimes a barrier with staff across the cruise, but since it was only for 1 day / night it was not a big problem.

The ship and experience were next level - it’s a beautiful cruise and everything felt luxury. The staff were helpful and the food was delicious.

Some of the attractions are touristy but that is halong bay in general which is very busy.

Excellent and beyond our expectations! The Cabins and the whole Cruise was clean and well furnished. Service was fast and smooth. The activities were also very well organised. Overall would highly recommend - the views are impressive and the cruise and activities hit the mark. Special mention to the Staff who are very welcoming and approachable. My dietary restrictions were looked after and they went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. Delicious food and spread!!

Just excellent, everything was excellent. Unforgettable experience. The room was amazing including a balcony to enjoy the scenery. Food was top notch including accommodating to specific dietary requirements. Kayaking was a great experience as well as other activities provided by the crew. We were well looked after throughout the cruise. Wish we stayed for 3 days…

Everything is perfect on this cruise. Rooms are very comfortable with superb view. All meals are perfect. The crew team are very helpful. One of the best experiences in my life. Totally recommended!

Ordered transport through boatservice. Had a 30 minute stop in a t-shirt and souvenirshop both to and from. Very limited foodservice here. Book a Grab or private transport as those 2*30 minutes is a waste!

I was feeling overwhelmed with the plethora of Ha Lon Bay cruise operators, but then came across Indochine Premium. This biggest ship in Ha Long Bay started to operate in summer 2023 so it’s very new, and it really stands out with its elegant Vietnamese decor. During the cruise, seeing other boats pass us by, I was even more sure of my choice. Originally, I was a little nervous because they didn’t have any Booking reviews, but it’s just because the ship is new. Like said, the boat is exceptionally beautiful, and the staff is very helpful. I booked a junior suite, but got a free upgrade to the suite with a bathtub. The food was delicious with many seafood options. The 2-day 1 night itinerary was quite packed so I highly recommend booking for 2 nights, if possible. I heard that allows you more free time, while during this trip, with several excursions and in-boat activities, I had to skip the cooking class and morning tai chi just to be able to enjoy the boat itself. The excursions to Ha Long Bay sights were well organised and interesting. As a cherry on top, once I arrived back at my hotel in Hanoi, I was greeted with Indochina’s representative with a little gift bag. All in all, such an exquisite experience!
