Sứ Retreat Hoi An - Riverfront Resort

I really appreciated the personalised service from the staff - from the moment we arrived until after we left and they contacted us to let me know that I’d left something in the room and arranged for it to be sent on to me.

The property was lovely. Its a boutique retreat just 3.5 km away from the old town Hoi An and yet tucked away in a quiet lane. The staff is very nice and super helpful with suggestions. Breakfast spread was also good and had amazing fresh juice everyday!

Beautiful resort. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and lovely facilities. Breakfast was really nice with everything we needed including omelette station. Our family of five fit very comfortable. Staff were really helpful, especially Alice.

Only issue is the shower that floods the toilet area next to it when used, making the bathroom awkward to use properly. Otherwise no issues.

A wonderful retreat away from the shopping crowds of Hoi An. The pool and open area surrounding it are as charming as they are inviting and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and even after I forgot my heels in the room they posted them on to our next destination without fail. The rooms are generous in size and it is a perfect hidden getaway

The food leaves a little to be desired but with so many options in Hoi An that is no problem. The bartender (who made great drinks), James, Ruby and Alice were all wonderful.

The stay at Su Retreat was wonderful. The location is a bit away from old town which was perfect for us. It was quiet and we had tons of space. Probably more than we needed. Overall, the best part was the staff that made our stay great. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply exceptional! We spent six nights at this serene, luxurious riverfront boutique hotel that beautifully blends traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every need. The outdoor bathtub and shower annexed to the bedroom were amazing, as were the stunning pool area and cocktails. The best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam!

Incredible! The highlight of my trip, absolutely gorgeous hotel and room (try get one on the ground floor with the terrace and outdoor bathroom). Staff are great and attentive. Pool is bliss. Great plentiful breakfast with western and asian. Quiet location by the river. You can hire bikes for free to explore the rice fields or go to the old town (it's easy to get a grab car too). Book it!

To make this place even better I would recommend the owners consider adding some more beds round the pool, or perhaps some in pool loungers as there weren't many

fabulous property - very cute, cosy vibe, feels like a green oasis with beautiful pool side and great rooms. staff is very friendly and helpful - gave us lots of great tips for hoi an. also only 10 min cab to old town, can also walk/ bicycle. will definitely stay here again if we revisit hoi an

food is okay, but hoi an has so many great options all around that we didn’t eat at the property anyway
