Quoc Tuan Hotel Sapa

The location was perfect, less than a minute from the gym.

There was no window with a view. I contacted the owner 3 days in advance to see if I could leave my luggage or check in early not now response. I turned up early and just left my luggage as there were other luggage's there!

Le personnel a voulu nous arnaquer en arrivant. Il avait, soi disant, oublié que nous venions de payer la chambre 2 minutes plus tôt. Nous avons dû passer un long appel avec son collègue pour lui expliquer la situation, mais il n’avait aucune preuve que nous avions payé. Heureusement, j’avais pris une photo de lui en train de recevoir le paiement, l’employé a donc enfin accepté de nous donner les clés. Quelques minutes plus tard, la police est intervenu pour regarder les vidéos de surveillance et valider notre version des faits. L’employé ne s’est pas excuser mais l’établissement m’a envoyé un message pour s’excuser de cet incident. Concernant la chambre, les lits sentaient l’humidité.

Mainly,the location and the price. Also, the fact that it had a restaurant on the ground floor.

I hate to mention this, but I have to. I don't know about the other rooms, but my room had roaches. On day two I was going to ask for a different room, but I bought a small can of bug spray from a convenience store nearby, and that kept the roaches from coming out of their hiding places. Also, my room had no view. That's not their fault, I could have paid for a room with a view

Bed was very hard no mattress.

Not much to like, but size of room was fair.

The room temperature was too cold. There was no heat. The bed was too hard. Also the lights in the hall entryway to your room was off. Did not come on, so we had to use our cell phone flashlight to help see to open the door with key.

Great price, located near the bus station and night market. First time in Sapa. Won’t be my last. I enjoyed the hotel’s staff hospitality.
