Perfect location. Close to the city center. Very helpful and friendly employees.

Our room had no windows, which was a shame. The hotel is by a busy road, so it was very noisy from the early morning - and when we were going to sleep. Bed was a bit hard.

"Close to ancient town but not worth the price"

The location is good, very close to the old/ancient town of Hoi An, and near coffee and Banh Mi.

The room is old, small and narrow. The walls are peeling off, and the shower room is not good. There’s only window in the shower room - which can’t be closed, and so flies and mosquitos come inside. The door of the shower roon can’t be closed proparly.

"Bad"

A horrendous stay. There were rats in the walls, squeaking and running about. When we informed the security guard he was extremely rude. The manager said we can either change rooms or put up with it. We have had no refund. The receptionist refused to let us shower in the communal shower after saying the day before that we could before parting for a long haul flight. If you value respect, cleanliness and basic health and safety regulations I would strongly advise you do not stay at the hotel.

"Great hotel great value and a really nice stay"

Clean and modern, rooms were comfortable and location was great Staff were friendly and helpful, gave some great food recommendations too

Room was being cleaned a little late but we could leave our bags in there so no problem
