Golden Sun Hotel Hoi An

Location was good.

The room was not clean especially the bathroom. The bed was rock hard.

I have to say this is the worst hotel we stayed at. During our stay our air conditioning dripped like crazy, we got the room right behind the reception which had no windows and no sound proofing so we could hear any thing from check ins to the receptioninst tiktoks, our friends booked a triple room and received only two small beds, the shower sucked, during our stay a girls room got completely flooded and their things were destroyed they had to change rooms in the middle of the night to a different hotel because they would not give them another room, also they didn’t give them a refund all of which we had to learn from the screaming fight in the lobby which we heard in great detail. The manager acts like a criminal, terrible room, terrible staff and just over all what the hell?!.

We had a really good time here, quality-price wise this is an amazing hotel. The girls at the front office are super accommodating and friendly, the room is spacious enough and the bathroom is clean and good-working. 10/10 in terms of price!

Location is OK

No windows, no ventilation in room nor bathroom. How can you renew the air of the room ?? It’s dangerous ! Super noisy day and night due to staff. Impossible to have have dark room, the door is transparent and there is light in the corridor. Awful

Good location in the city and about 5 min walk from the old side of the city. Banh mi queen is right down the road and a must try. Staff friendly and helpful in booking activities and taxis. The Bay Mau cooking class is really good and worth it! Go to MOT for cau lau and pho!
