Amazing staff and breakfast

From the minute their driver picked us up at the airport the welcoming vibe was apparent. The welcome at the front desk was far beyond expectation. We were made to feel special and welcome. Like being invited to a friend's home. The staff were attentive without fail. They have made this hotel a place to return to. Nothing was too much trouble. Can't rate our stay better than perfect.

This hotel was so much better than we expected. Truly an exceptional stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail and sparkling clean, comfortable bed and shower. Very nice pool. Walking distance from the main area of Hoi An. The staff were incredibly kind and polite and willing to explain everything.

There was nothing we didn’t like. If we had to point out something, it would be the breakfast quality could be a bit better/more fresh.

Cozy A was genuinely one of the highlights of our two weeks in Vietnam. The staff made this place. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and energy from the team was on another level - the best we experienced across our entire trip. Ella really stood out on check-in. She walked us through everything to do in Hoi An, gave brilliant local recommendations, and even upgraded our room free of charge. That kind of generosity and genuine care is rare. The breakfast deserves a mention of its own. Stunning spread - and we stayed in some seriously nice hotels on this trip, so that's not something we say lightly. The pool was a great spot to wind down. The room looked exactly like the photos (always a relief) and was so comfortable we genuinely didn't want to leave the bed. The free bicycle were a lovely touch — one of our favourite mornings of the whole trip, just riding around the backstreets and soaking it all in. Check-out was just as good as check-in. Had a brilliant conversation with Bella on the way out - she's a credit to the place. Both of them summed up everything great about Cozy An. Would absolutely come back. Highly recommend.
