Everything perfect! Clean, very good breakfast, very good pool and the people as are amazing…the best team and hotel!

Friendly stuff going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, the room was clean bright and spacious loved it. The location is a short beautiful walk to the old town. Good breakfast. Had everything I needed thank you 🙏

Nothing substantial comes to mind

We loved this hotel because it was small - boutique style and the staff were very friendly, kind and went out of their way to help us in anyway. It is about a 10 minute stroll into old town, just far enough away from the very busy streets full of other tourists, traffic etc. A couple of little things went wrong with our fridge and TV and they were fixed promptly when we mentioned them.

We loved the private pool area but didn’t like that some guests left their towels and personal items on pool chairs to save the chair for hours on end and not use them or even be at the pool. We thought this shouldn’t be allowed as pool chairs are limited, particularly ones in shade. My suggestion to management would be to have a sign stating something about this not being allowed so that it is clear to all guests.

All in all a wonderful hotel specifically because of the extremely helpful staff wonderful location and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, we truly appreciated it.

As they say, location, location, location, however the amenities of the hotel are excellent also. The location is a leisurely walk on the riverbanks towards Central historical district within 15 minutes. It also is almost directly across from Hoi A memories show. Many restaurants on the riverbank just across from the hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff, lovely decor, nice dining room and pool area.

Food was well presented but lacking in flavour and not befitting the ambience. Unhappy with rate offered to stay extra days.
