One of the nicest places we stayed at. Staff were lovely. The facilities were great. Good water pressure lovely view of the river from our room. Good selection for breakfast

Staff were super friendly and willing to help with any needs. Our room was very clean and comfortable. A beautiful view of colorful buildings and the river. Aircon was icy cold even though our big slider faced south. Nice hot water with good pressure. Good linen and towels. Breakfast was always good. Good coffee! The pool was amazing. The water temperature is kept cool enough to be refreshing on a hot day. The free bikes for use ran smoothly. Ancient town, roughly a half mile down an easily biked or walked road. Gorgeous farmed rice paddies only about 1 mile in the other direction. So gorgeous for a sunrise, bike ride. Several restaurants, bars and small marts in the immediate vicinity. “Than Gia” across the road had consistently good food and great staff.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning/shower water pressure and no issues with noise. Our room door had a broken lock, but this was promptly fixed by staff, and the staff were also very helpful in booking an airport transfer. Breakfast had a great variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes along with a noodle station. Hotel is a 10-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, but there are also great restaurants and convenience stores located very close. We're still thinking about the delicious welcome drink even after our return home from Vietnam.

We did feel some pressure from staff around booking tours/activities (at check-in) and to leave a review (at check-out), but this was done in a very polite way.

Super Lage, außerhalb des touristischen Trubels, trotzdem fussläufig alles schnell zu erreichen. Außergewöhnlich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet (großes Angebot lokaler Speisen)

Pool Bereich sehr klein, mit nur wenig Liegen.

Emplacement super! A côté de la vieille ville ,des commerçants, des marchés, des bars et des restaurant . Cozy An boutique hotel ,personnel tres sympa ,pro ,disponible... petit dej et restau Exellent,, vraiment perfect!

Everything! Very pleasant, staff great, rooms nicely appointed, pool area excellent for the space available. Breakfast very tasty.

I wish I had stayed here for 2 solid weeks, the hotel was absolutely incredible. The location was perfect, the staff were amazing. I wish I had more time here, it felt like a holiday, there were so many things I didnt do, like get clothes made bespoke for me and cooking classes. Do book here if you want luxurious accommodation and great location. Spotless and so much to do. Breakfast was great. Im actually very fussy with noise and cleanliness and have left accommodation after seeing the rooms, this I could not complain about at all. Highly recommend!

Itin gražus ir komfortiškas viešbutis. Gera lokacija, personalas labai paslaugus ir dėmesingas. Kambariai erdvūs, preciziškai švarūs ir patogūs. Tikrai rekomenduoju ir tikrai grįžčiau.
