Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Fusion Resort. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchten wir Lisa erwähnen, die uns mit ihrer tollen Art stets zur Seite stand. Das Hotel und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt.

Very noisy during sleeping hours. Could have been wind noise. Beds were really hard

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided during my mother’s recent stay. A special thanks to Ms. Anh Doan and her team, who were incredibly professional, understanding, and flexible. I was arranging and paying for the reservation from the United States, and we initially did not realize that the reservation confirmation did not mean the stay had already been paid for and that payment was required at the hotel. Despite this confusion, Ms. Anh Doan and her team handled the situation with great professionalism and kindness. They graciously allowed my mother to access the room while we completed the payment process remotely. Their flexibility ensured that my mother and her friends were able to continue their vacation without any interruption or inconvenience. Their thoughtful support and customer-first attitude made a meaningful difference for our family. I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to accommodate our situation. Thank you again to Ms. Anh Doan and the entire team for making my mother’s trip a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Clean, quiet friendly service

This really was an outstanding resort with exemplary staff. From the excellent service from the Manager of the Spa through to the care and attention of Trung, Thu And Thuan at Char Grill, we really had the most wonderful and restorative time. The aesthetics are very pleasing and there is quiet and friendly attention to detail. Highly recommended.
