BIGGS NU-VU MOTEL

2ND room was very nice. Was much quieter than I expected since is a long-haul trucking location and very busy location.H

Handle broken but seemed to lock and had chain. Flying insects were on walls and in bathtub that kept getting worse during the night. I couldn't use shower even after killing 30-40 as still 25 or more flying around. Remote wouldn't turn TV on but changed channels. I'm in my 80's. No parking near office so had to walk up hill and distance to get room change. Then had to pack up, load car, drive around other side of motel, unload car, unpack. Very hot weather. No offer to help me may have been my worst experience. Should have been offered decent compensation.

Not good. Go elsewhere. Charged $10 for extra person. Used qtips on floor, some lights didnt work, has a spider corner with dead bugs on the floor. Bed was comfy and AC worked.

The price was a little more than a couple others close by, but had better reviews, and served the purpose of a short overnight spot to sleep. So, I'm glad I chose here. Basically clean. No bugs. Bed comfortable. Had a nice little freezer space in fridge, though mostly filled with frost. 24/7 front desk available. Nice people.

Needed a place to stay, this met the minimum requirements!

Old and outdated, relatively clean but a bit run-down. Felt totally safe but lots of freeway noise. The taco truck in the parking lot was the highlight, good AND convenient!

It was good enough for the price. Trains? came by several times through the night. Neighbors were up through the night. Walls were thin. Conveniently located and inexpensive though.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable and the appliances are functioning well. Conveniently located next to a gasoline station and there's several options for food.

The train went by and shook the place every 30 minutes, and the AC unit did drown out the sound but it was so loud and turned off and on that it woke me up every hour. I also wasn’t too comfortable with there being two doors to the outside and one didn’t have an indoor extra lock on it. The toilet was also crooked.

It was within walking distance of service plaza and restaurants. Great service. I would stay there again.

It’s dirty, smells bad, the bedding is not clean & no ice or vending. The place smells and looks and smells dirty.
