Location, seat in shower, room service fast and delicious, massage at Spa was amazing but limited spa menu.

No full length mirror in room, mould starting to form in shower grout, pool closed too early, no top sheet on bed - only doona - way too hot! Quite a lot of road noise, beach towels and tote bag in room in would be fabulous. Limited cocktails and happy hour deal had to be requested every time.

Not enough sunbeds at the Swimming pool

這次訂了高樓層景觀房，在跟飯店溝通過程回覆的都很快，感覺得出服務很用心🥰整個過程服務都很好，早餐可以預訂是中西越餐點buffet，頂樓有游泳池跟酒吧可以看風景很漂亮💗而且過個馬路就可以到美溪沙灘很方便，沒有飲水機但是附近有超商可以買水，因為是在觀光客地段，即使到很晚附近也很多開的店不會怕路上太暗，房間乾淨很喜歡～打掃人員每天都打掃的很乾淨價格cp值很高，推推👍

下訂前有爬文知道這邊晚上會聽到對面美溪沙灘餐廳的音樂，即使在高樓層還是聽得到，通常音樂會在晚上十一點停止，對於晚睡的我其實沒什麼影響，但如果有早睡的人可能要考慮一下😴

C est un bel hôtel et bien situé mais comme tous ces très grands hôtels c est froid il y a pas de convivialité. ( c est juste un avis personnel )😊

Amazing location right on My Khe beach. Gorgeous views from the balcony and swimming pool. Spacious hotel room & comfortable bed. Breakfast had a large selection and staff were very helpful at accommodating dietary requirements.

The hotel needs more sunbeds at the pool. Only 10 beds for such a large hotel unfortunately is not enough.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel’s location, which was excellent and convenient.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. The check-in process was extremely slow, and while other guests appeared to receive welcome gifts, we did not receive any. The check-out experience was similarly inefficient due to a lack of staff at the front desk. The cleanliness standards were particularly disappointing. We found hair inside the drawer, the towels were torn, and there was noticeable dust throughout the room. The overall level of hygiene was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category. In addition, the staff were not particularly welcoming and rarely smiled or made an effort to create a warm guest experience. Another issue was the loud music coming from outside the hotel every evening, which continued until around 11:30 PM. While I understand this may be beyond the hotel’s direct control, better soundproofing would significantly improve guest comfort.
