Bathroom could be improved to provide more comfort. However, everything was fine.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing overall. The staff's attitude and service were not up to an acceptable standard. Our family room lacked privacy, as the bathroom had a glass wall that was completely exposed to the room, which is not suitable for families traveling with children. In addition, there was no hot water in our room during our stay. We reported the issue and asked for it to be fixed, but unfortunately no action was taken. As a result, our children had to shower with cold water. The staff's response to our concerns was poor and unhelpful. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food, and everything was clean and well organized. The outdoor swimming pool was also excellent and one of the highlights of the hotel. Unfortunately, due to the service issues and lack of attention to guest concerns, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Lift are always busy - unsynchronized between 4

Overall very good minor things that would help to make more comfortable doors to balcony should have been double glazed to stop traffic noise from early morning till late at night and lift only stopping at your floor which is not good if you have family on different floor and cannot reach them

Only minor issues stated earlier bar prices high especially non alcoholic drinks
