Very comfortable hotel with really nice rooms. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The breakfast was also really good.

Loved it, great hotel. I was there during a heatwave so I literally spent most of my holiday in the hotel. The food was excellent, both breakfast and room service, as was the service. The room was awesome and spacious.

The gym was small and would need some refurbishment/refresh.

Tiffany and Amy were absolutely amazing from the moment that I walked into the hotel they greeted me they knew my name I don't even know how they were amazing every morning a warm smile of friendly comment I had a shot every morning some kind of energy boosting drink

I didn't like that I didn't book my stay for longer I was not there long enough just to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer

One of the best ( if not the best) hotel we stayed at! The facilities are stunning, the staff is absolutely amazing, the rooms are big, beautiful and comfortable, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast offerings! The hotel was a big part of why we enjoyed Hoi An so much; a truly experience itself. If you’re thinking of staying in Hoi An, this is a must!

Location is great, 15 minutes to the entry of the walking section of Hoi An. Breakfast buffet selection is impressive. Staff, in particular GiGi, are incredibly caring and helpful to resolve any issues that may arise.

We had a small problem with an aspect of our room that had been overlooked when being prepared for our stay, it was quickly resolved by the staff.
