We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious food every morning. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The cleanliness and how welcoming friendly, welcoming and kind all the staff were. The pools are so nice and the rooms are top class. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge variety of foods.

We waren bij aankomst voor het eerst tijdens onze reis in Vietnam sprakeloos. Het hotel is prachtig en ontzettend schoon. Het ontvangst en het personeel zijn geweldig. Koi toverde elke keer een lach op ons gezicht en Ame was ontzettend zorgzaam en betrokken inverband met mijn zwangerschap. Er werd dagelijks gevraagd of alles nog goed was en of ze ons ergens mee konden helpen. Overal is aangedacht. Ontzettend uitgebreid ontbijt, alles is en blijft schoon, vriendelijk en betrokken personeel, fijne locatie met een gratis shuttle naar het strand en de oude binnenstad. Personeel kan goede tips geven over goede eettentjes, maatpakken en strandtentjes. De spa in het hotel en de voetmassage zijn geweldig! Zelfs na 6nachten bleven we ons verbazen over de top service. We vinden het jammer dat we weer verder moeten. Bedankt allemaal voor de goede zorgen. Mocht je twijfelen over dit hotel? Gewoon doen, het is echt meer dan de moeite waard..
