Everything was phenomenal, the room was huge and incredibly well kept. The staff were so wonderful, especially Gigi and Ame, and after staying there a week I was so sad to leave. I’ll definitely be staying here again if I find myself in Hoi An in the future.

Hay exteriores del hotel q están reñidos con la categoría , en la piscina de abajo un par de camas balinesas apartadas y sucias , la zona de las bicis un poco caótica y en general los exteriores un poco raros .

Beautiful decor. Immaculate condition. Huge comfy beds. Amazing breakfast and shuttle service. The pool was amazing too. Also quiet.

More regular shuttle service might have been helpful

We had the most amazing stay ! The staff and the hotel were amazing, everything was really convenient and they helped organise all of our trips with ease ! Brian and Amy were exceptional staff members constantly checking in and seeing if we needed anything, we would 100% stay here again when we visit !

The friendliest of staff (Kathy is a gem!), the most diverse range of breakfast options and a convient location if you want to split your time between the hustle and bustle of old town and the calm of the beach. We left very early on our check out day and Kathy organised a breakfast box and coffees to go for us. The staff really did go over and above to keep us comfortable. Shuttle bus to old town or the beach at set times is great during your stay. Or they have On site parking available for the scooters we hired, the friendliest of security helping us get our bikes out and in everytime we left or returned to the parking lot or entered the front door. Truly was the best week we spent in Hoi An.

Unfortunately the bed we were sleeping on wasn't the most comfortable. Even after several nights we thought our backs would get used to it but this wasn't to be. The soundproofing between rooms on our floor wasn't great if we had neighbours playing a TV loudly late at night or having animated conversations. These are minor points of feedback and didn't negatively impact our positive experience.

We expected the hotel to be nice, but it exceeded our expectations. Ame greeted us warmly and explained us everything we needed to know about the accommodation, services and tours/entertainment options, and helped us with all the questions. All the stuff was very helpful, attentive and welcoming. Small details like refreshing drinks while we waited for the check-in or welcome desserts in the room with a personal note made the stay feel special. Our room was gorgeous, spacious with a great view and amenities. Overall, we liked the decor and the style of the room and the hotel. Everything seemed new and well maintained. The breakfast was very yummy and had a great variety of dishes and drinks, so one can try something different every day. This was truly a great stay and I am sure that I will come back there again.

The hotel had many positive aspects. Breakfast offered a lot of variety, including plenty of local cuisine, which was really nice and something we appreciated every morning. The staff were also very helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with organizing trips and transport and were generally accommodating.

The room itself was cleaned very thoroughly, even twice a day, so cleanliness was clearly taken seriously. However, there was a very strong smell of mold in the room that became more and more noticeable over our three-day stay. By the end, it had become quite difficult to tolerate, and I even started coughing in the mornings. Maybe it was just this particular room, but if you are sensitive to mold or strong humidity smells, it is something worth reconsidering or asking about before booking.
