The private pool was lovely, the staff were friendly & helpful & they showed us through the villa prior to payment.

Kitchen was a bit dirty, the main living needed air conditioning or ceiling fans.

Great pool and dive shop on site

Everything! Apt was dirty & run down. Nothing like Bookings.com description. Curtains were filthy & towels were stained, kitchen & fridge unhygienic. Kitchen sink & shower drain were blocked. No air con in large living area only bedrooms. No streaming TV or restaurant as stated. No pool towels. Loud music & yelling every night from backpackers accommodation next door

My room smells mouldy and the curtains look dirty and stained. Even my kids said it's the worst hotel they've ever stayed. Sorry to say that but I don't know why the rating is so high, and the location isn't near the old town, overall it's very disappointing.

The staff was excellent and always available to help with anything we needed. The rooms were large and comfortable and we had our own small pool. The location is less than a 10 minute drive from Old Quarter but there are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby so we could easily walk for food etc if we didn't want to Grab into Old Quarter. We had booked a "villa" with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a shared living room, dining room and kitchen. It turned out that there were 5 bedrooms in the building (over 3 floors) and we decided to pay for the 5th room so nobody had to share. Sadly the weather wasn't great during our stay but we did have fun in the pool one night after returning for dinner. It's a great place for a group as long as you don't plan to spend much time in the living areas.

The shared living/dining and kitchen area was one large open room but there was no TV and not enough seating for everyone to gather which was disappointing as we had hoped for a movie night together. There was a large dining room table but most of the chairs were stacked against the wall with a sign saying we could not move furniture. We wouldn't have chosen to eat there anyway because the kitchen provisions were old and didn't look very clean. Ultimately this wasn't a big deal as there were plenty of inexpensive restaurants nearby.

So much space! We felt very looked after- always a friendly and helpful face to assist. Excellent value for money. Tasty breakfast. Sadly the weather was rainy so we didn’t use the pool- but it looked great. Also had a brilliant massage- lovely oils and massage room at the property. Easy to walk into the ancient town, lots of nice places to eat and drink close by. Considering what it costs and all the facilities available it was an excellent stay. Not as shiny as the pictures but everything was properly clean and tidy, everything worked and the staff are wonderful.

Location is great distance tonight market and one small bann mi shop around the Conner that is great for us.

The service was exemplary. Everyone was so attentive, especially at reception. F&B staff were so pleasant. Housekeeping was perfect. All in all 5 stars just for service.

Great stay, we booked the hotel for short stay 2 night. We visit Hoi an and choose to stay here.
