Palm Boutique Village - STAY 24H

It was an excellent service. We enjoy our stay at the hotel. It is near to the night market and the bridge. The room is clean and comfy. We will come back again soon.

It was in between old town and the beach and had air conditioning. My, who worked at the front desk was amazing but unfortunately the other front desk staff were nowhere near as knowledgeable and helpful.

Fairly rundown compared to as advertised. Could have been cleaner. Housekeeping didn’t do much unless asked…we had hand towels on day 1 and although we asked we never received fresh ones. We had to ask for coffee mugs to be replaced with new ones and pretty sure the floor in our room never got swept.
