I had a terrible encounter with the guy at the front desk who told me he would not let me in because the booking was under priced. He says the price online is not a good price for weekend bookings. He was very rude and told me to handle the case myself. He did not take responsibility or show care. It was only after a bit of an argument that he then spoke someone he referred to as manager who then finally gave permission. They may need to work on their customer care. There is also need to take better care of the rooms as it just looked and smelt bad. Maybe repainting and making an effort to give customers a memorable experience. It’s not always about the price!!

It was very acomodating to both my husband and I being that they waited for us to get there even though it was after 11pm and the guy that jelped check us in was very sweet and didn't charge us a deposit for the night. Only thing i guess is there is a security and no partying after 9pm outside the rooms also even after that time we could still here kids all night. But they were in the room underneath us,so go figure.other than roaches and stains on the walls
