USNo shower curtain! A real dump for $89.00. No hot water. Avoid room #15. Area is safe and convenient. We won't be back .
We got in late. Had no problem with late check in. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and in good order. We will stay again.

The room was spotless and comfortable. It’s an old motel, but you can see the owners are putting their best foot forward to improve it. Great spot for the price
This place is getting a bit dated. No real problems though. It was worth the price. There is no office person. The office door has a phone number to call to get the code for your door access. This went well though.
Was initially given a room that had not been serviced. Bed was used and disheveled, bathroom was dirty with wet towels on floor. I called the Virtual Office (no actual desk clerk at this site) and after some delay was given another room. This room was cleaned. However things were broken and dated. The vertical blinds (looking onto parking lot) had broken slats which could allow people outside to look into the room. This felt unsafe for a woman traveling alone, as I was. The shower head was awkwardly placed, allowing water to spray outside of shower. Also the water temperature was hard to control, kept changing. As I was only staying 1 night and traveling on, I stayed the night. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean.
It was a convenient and cheap option for our last minute decision to come to Escanaba. Overall it was ok for a one night stay. The first room we were given had no window coverage while there was a building right outside our room which would not give us any privacy. Then the virtual Frontdesk gave us another room with a broken window shield but we didn’t want to call again to switch. The bed was comfortable.
The TV remote did not work. The curtains were bent so I couldn’t get the room dark. The lamp did not work. The furnace was loud. But the bed was comfortable.
Cheap rate but place is in bad condition. Torn furniture, peeling paint, stained peeling ceiling. No onsite staff. The room was clean and the sheets were sanitized. I would not return.
