Fantastic place. Homey, clean, comfortable. Contactless: call for check-in upon arrival; smooth and easy. Gladstone has nice places to eat, some sights: cheaper and lower key than Escanaba, a short drive away.

USIt was a neat little motel, very quiet, small, short walk to the beach and the downtown area. Definitely recommend!
Easy check in over the phone as the location is not staffed. Room was older which added to its charm. Love the vintage tile work in the bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable for something at super short notice

Nice small motel
second nite and absolutely nothing done to room. All dirty towels still in sink, trash,no coffee. Thats fine if you dont make bed, but need to replace towels and take trash. The second nite cost more than the first. Place is not staffeed.
USThe building is old the bathroom is tiny. The paint was peeling in bathroom , the shower took a long time to get hot water. when i finally set the shower temp and was half done the hot water spiked , the hot water must be for multiple room and someone either got in their shower or flushed a toilet. bad shower atmosphere , rest of the room ok.
