Everything was nice,had a good time.

They have to review their internet service. I was there for five (5) days with Wi-Fi . But their staffers are all excellent.

Good customer service, but no Internet in my room as claimed throughout my five days stay. They have to improve and maintain what they claim...

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! We came here to get a room at 2 am Sunday August 4, 2024. We got to the counter and the man was rude but we finally got our room for $107.50. When we got to our door, it was open, the air conditioner had fallen off the wall, the beds had been slept in, the tv was on, bathroom was disgusting and there were blunts all over the room. Went to the front and demanded a new room. When we got a new one and walked in we only had one pillow for a 2 bed room, the bathroom had stains all over it, there was a dirty fork just laying on the table, food splattered everywhere, stains ALLOVER the beds, no cold water, fridge didn’t work, then we turned on the air conditioner and it smelled like something died in there. Once again went to the front and said we weren’t going to stay and he brought us to yet another room. In this room the desk was collapsed, there was stains and hair all over the beds, dead bugs all around the beds, chewed mattresses, and then when we pulled back the sheets BLOOD STAINS all over the bed! We immediately walked out and went to the front and demanded a refund. He said it would take 24 hrs. So we left and stayed somewhere else. On the way home later Sunday morning at around 9 am we got a call saying they weren’t going to refund my money. We told them they better because we went through 3 rooms and didn’t even stay there. He said he would call back later when the manager got there. At 4:30 pm we got a call saying they weren’t going to send me back the full $107.50 but they would send back $82.50. We just said whatever because it was better than nothing. They said it would only take 24 hours. So 48 hrs went by and NOTHING! So we called today and asked where my money was and they said it will come in 7 days. Then a few minutes later they called back saying “it should have gone through”. Which it did but I still should have gotten my full amount back. We will NEVER stay here ever again!

This property advertises day and hour rates on its sign out front which leads me to believe this property is gearing itself to illicit activity or simply doesn't care and is just trying to squeeze money out of it as much as possible which is reinforced by its lack of cleanliness as well as general level of maintenance. Every single wall was covered by either dirt or markings of some kind that prompted me to leave after the first night. Nothing and I mean nothing was in a serviceable state, the place should be gutted or condemned and start over.

It where terrible

I asked for non-smoking, we were placed in a smoking room. This was our second trip here and the lady recognized us and put us in “thesame room you had last time” which was also thesame smoking room. The smell wasn’t overwhelming but at times it would wake me up. Why didn’t I ask to be switched? Because the smell wasn't overwhelming, it only occurred sporadically throughout but would go away. Why am I reporting it? Because she knew my reservation was for non-smoking, it’s her property I shouldn’t have to tease out via detective work that she put us in smoking when my reservation clearly states non-smoking. The bathroom was also in a worn down state. I got confirmation when I was visiting town for a 3rd time and the attendant at the front, being different from the other lady I had encountered on the first 2 occasions, told me those were smoking rooms and put me in a different room. The rooms are “outside” with just a walk from your car straight to your front door, and so it felt a little unsafe, nothing ever happened all 3 times we stayed but just having someone have access straight to your door from outside “feels” unsafe, especially with the area being where strays and other such pets and people walk around at night. Needless to say, we won’t be staying here again unless in absolute dire constraints.

The room had a smell to it and the curtain wouldn’t close all the way, I think I used a luggage or chair to put against the door and window to get it to close all the way. Especially since the was an “outside” room and people were walking from the street straight to your door. Wasn’t horrible, but I just remember feeling unsafe, and the floors were very dirty as in they hadn’t been mopped in a very long time. If you walked barefoot, when you got on the sheets, the soles of your feet were going to be brown.

I booked online and when I got there they asked for a $60 cash deposit. The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty. Will not stay here again.
