Absolutely horrible!! Room wasn't cleaned properly. Shower, sink and toilet all had low water pressure, took what seemed like ages for the shower to heat up, shower head only had two settings and one didn't work at all! Sheets are assumed to not be cleaned or stored properly...I shouldn't be laying in bed and be itchy literally the whole time. Made reservations and PAID ONLINE and when I get there to check in I'm asked for a deposit when a deposit is not mentioned on the site or the booking site AT ALL. Newly programmed key card didn't work properly either. I had to stand there almost the whole stay for ten plus minutes just to get into my room, went and told management and nothing was done about it. 1/10 would not recommend.

Check-in was wonderful! The lady who handled that was so sweet and kind! Overall the room was very comfortable. The towels were a little on the rough side, but other than that, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

First, there's no WiFi in my room. When I went to complain after checking in I was abruptly told by the owner, "Full refund, YOU LEAVE!" I panicked because all my earthly belongings were in the room and my car was in the shop--I had no way to leave! So I just swallowed it. Later that evening I started to run water for a bath and there was no stopper for the bathtub. Also, the handle to the bathtub faucet was hopelessly broken to the point that only scalding hot water would come out. Half the lamps in the room were either broken or had no bulb. The next day I went back to try to negotiate over the lack of WiFi. I asked to be moved but was told that I could either take a refund and leave or wait until the next day when housekeeping was present to immediately clean the room I was asking to vacate. Basically, the whole stay has been one in which I've been treated rudely and one in which I've been told to "get over it or leave." The staff is as surly as the owner. Pass this place by if you want any sort of quality.

My only gripe was the bed smelled of urine and was not comfortable. Everything else was fine. Clean sheets, no bugs, air worked, toilet was fine. There were a couple of burn holes in sheets but they were clean. For $65... Great stay!

I arrived very late into town and this hotel was the first one I saw. I was so tired that I did not care where to crash. I paid and went to my room (#126) I was welcomed by a great brown dead roach in the bathroom. I scooped it and tossed it in the trash. Other live little ones followed and I managed to kill a couple. The bed was ok but the pillows did were not comfortable. The A/C noise was very loud as well as the noise from the vending machines outside of my room. I managed to sleep as best as I could. But this is a place am not going back to.

Do not stay here stuff will get stolen Seemed ok at first but it is terrible and it stinks I will sleep In my car before I come back to this dump do not stay here with your kids very rude man asked my girl how much she charged

This is the most awful place I have ever stayed! It's lack of curb appeal initially made me drive straight by. Unfortunately, all of Hattiesburg was booked for the night and we were thinking it would beat sleeping in our car. Nope. The room was stifling hot, musty and just gross. We didn't check in until approximately 2 am and had planned to sleep in the next morning in order to be rested for our long trip that day. Check out was at 11, but a man that worked there kept harassing us to leave. He also made a very rude comment about my very sensitive 6 year old son's weight TO HIM! Completely uncalled for. Also, all four of us woke up with a horrible cough and itching all over. Never again. If this is the only vacancy next time, we will sleep in our car.

The room assigned to us was nice, but then found out the heater on/off knob was broken and we were moved to another room. Not as nice as the first room, but heat did work although not very well and we needed heat during the night of our stay. Wife really liked the firm mattress but not the pillows (the pillow case was clean but not the pillow itself). The next morning we told the desk about the heater and the lady said thanks for telling them or they would never know. Priced a little high for what we got, but the staff was very helpful and courteous.
