I have stayed here when the west building the Tower building and then I stayed oceanfront this time. I liked all the other visits that I’ve had there the other rooms in the west building and the tower building. They’re a little bit outdated a little musky, but still clean and the stay is nice, but stayed ocean view This time and their rooms were awesome not musky very reasonably priced

We have booked several times and love it. This is our chosen spot and their little diner is absolutely delicious.

Great place to stay!

The room had a smell. Usually when I stay at hotels, I smell bleach and clean when I go into the room. This room smelled like BO, and mold. The shower curtain, the air conditioner the carpet, all had mold on it. We did end up leaving a night early due to these conditions. I just felt better sleeping in my own home where we could breathe better. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and don’t remember these conditions. I could hear pounding upstairs well after midnight. Loud pounding (possible jumping, running, kids playing), not your normal everyday sounds of the night. I adore OC, but this fell short.

Staff were friendly and took care of issues promptly. Sink was clogged upon arrival and the staff were quick to resolve the issue. The room could be updated since it was showing it's age. The wall air conditioning unit worked, but there were gaps to the outside.

Reasonable price close to the boardwalk and beach. There are three buildings. Ocean front, Pool and West so make sure you understand which you are booking. Plenty of parking!

We Stayed in the West Building. Pros. Location was great. Air conditioner cranked. Cons... No Ice Machine only in the main bldg. If you need Wi Fi Bring your own because unless you are in the main building you are unable to connect to it. Didn't really use the pool but stopped to check it out. water was Hazy. No Shade or Umbrellas, Tissues soda Bottles etc laying around. Besides these things I would def. still rent again. I would just take my own Hot Spot.

They need to redo the rooms they are old and out of date I’d never go back to that place. The cost was way overpriced for what u get. Should be more 80-100 a night. Terrible.
