Very convenient- parking spot, lock box - Very clean, neat - modern

Only Complaint at all is that the heater/AC unit is VERY loud - woke us up numerous times as it cycled on off

Location for family event was great.

And... oh, that dead bug on the bathroom wall with its guts spread over the wall that was there when I checked in... and when I checked out because I certainly was not going to clean it! Ugh! I have stayed here each year for quite a few now, and nothing has been updated in all those years. New, fresh towels would be wonderful! Maintaining little things like faucets, chairs, and painting is strongly recommended. I worry that they are less attentive because they are the only game in town. I just may travel further next year to get better accommodations and for a better price! Pricey here for this level of merely adequate accommodations.

The lights beside the bed were loose and swinging around when I touched them. The coffee machine was not working properly, made a hot cup of water! Generally no attention to detail not what I expected for $227.70. Bed was comfy and I slept well. Great idea for that town. Just needs someone to care a little more.

Location was convenient.

It was adequate, but not exceptional and very pricey for what was included.
