When we arrived at this property we did not have keys in the lock. We tried to call the number for help, no one answered (or even called back). The room had broken appliances. It was sketchy

The room was clean, well maintained. But the air conditioner was loud and cycled on and off throughout the night. The location of the motel was also unfortunate: across the street from the town hall, which loudly chimed each hour at the top of each hour. But staff was courteous and the common area lounge was a nice convenience, with an available bathroom.

The rooms were decrorated really nicely.

The bed was not comfortable

The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.

Clean easy place to stay in a cute town.

The room was cute clean and comfortable

The walls were thin. We could hear our neighbors. And someone set the outside lock to 0000 at around 2 am

Clean and exactly as expected.

Parking spots really needs painted lines as nobody knows the correct direction to park in. Out spot was completely blocked by someone parking parallel with the building.
