The room was a little worn and there was some overlooked trash under some furniture but the staff is friendly and the location is great. A charming place.

Good place to stay for a night or two.

The staff is wonderful, the location is great, parking is easy, the beds were comfortable, the price was very fair, rooms were quiet and overall was satisfactory. This has been my family's go-to place when visiting Penn State. This time I noticed a few things in both of the rooms we booked that I wished were in a bit better condition but overall I will stay there again.

It’s a Motel. Not a hotel. But the staff was fabulous. Our room was clean. The beds were very firm but thankfully that really worked for my back problems. Very quiet.

The hotel is a step back into the past. Everything is easy and I believe they have made a few updates since my last visit.
