The Sprague Motel is a perfect place to stay in an out of the way place. Very, neat, clean and comfortable, place. new beds, spotless clean bath rooms, and bright white and soft linens. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our group of four had two rooms, on with a kitchen. We cooked our dinner and sat in the parklike courtyard to eat. An oasis!

I chose to stay here because it was halfway between where I started and where I was going. It’s far enough from the highway that you don’t hear any noise from it. It is a small tastefully remodeled motel. You’ll find no frills, if you’re looking for bells and whistles, go on into Spokane. If you want a good nights sleep, a clean place to hang out and a shower with endless hot water, stop in and stay a while. The hostess will make you feel welcome.

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews and the room photos. After arriving and seeing the room, my friend and I could not stay there. The room had a very strong smell. The bathtub was on a platform that looked very unsafe for me. ( I’m in my 70s ). I don’t like giving bad reviews but I feel like the hotel quality was misrepresented.

This motel while dated was the cleanest motel we stayed in. The person at the desk was the friendliest clerk we had and overall our stay was very nice.

Excellent staff and nice to have a basic breakfast included. The motel has a very nice room....as good as many hotels I've stayed at. There's nothing in this city so it's still good to stop here for the night.

Easy, quiet and simple with two kids.
